Taba

Where the red and gold desert meets the aqua-marine blue waters of the Gulf of Aqaba, Taba's position and historic status as a crossing point, is an ideal real estate location and future tourist base. With its fabulous beaches and the background of Mount Sinai Taba has potential as the gateway to the Middle East. Within easy reach to its airport, around Taba Heights begins an incredible journey of 450 km of Sinai and Egyptian Red Sea Riviera coastline unrivalled anywhere in Europe. Amongst superior holiday villages and luxury accommodation, if you are seeking pure relaxation, spectacular adventure of the underwater vistas and aquatic life or the magnificent mountain views, here starts a journey into owning property within a chapter of Egyptian history. A Jewel in the Crown that is the Red Sea Riviera.

Nuweiba

Hosting the longest beach on the Sinai Peninsula, Nuweiba's spectacular offshore reefs and underwater delights are the main attraction and prime activities to the ever increasing numbers of international visitors. Situated between Taba and Dahab and still in its infancy, this most idyllic Bedouin town and resort is broadening its hotel and residential development programme encouraging further growth in Egypt's Red Sea Riviera tourism. Residential properties will accommodate those wishing to explore the fascinating countries of Israel and Jordan. There are several inexpensive places to dine, a colourful bazaar and forthcoming family amenities. Some great trips to the Coloured Canyon and St. Catherine's Monastery in the hills forming part of Nuweiba's dramatic multi-coloured mountain backdrop.

Dahab

Meaning "Gold" in Arabic, Dahab is aptly named for its tranquil golden sandy beaches with a sunlit backdrop of jagged mountain scenery. Once a Bedouin village attracting many travellers over the decades looking to stray from the beaten track, Dahab now supports 'hippy' shops, busy bazaar and Bedouin style restaurants. A pleasant pretty little town dubbed the "Koh Samui of the Red Sea Riviera" is a favourite diving and windsurfing spot, where proposed residential properties will be easily let to the discerning water sport enthusiasts. The coral peninsular that makes up part of the Red Sea Riviera and renowned for its popular dives sites amongst the best in Egypt: (the Blue Hole, the Canyon and Lighthouse) is also a prime location for windsurfing and kite surfing. Blowing north to south these winds cool off the hot summers, making Dahab a surfers paradise.

Nabq

An exciting new developing resort, Nabq (Nabaq) of Nubian style dwellings, these properties are situated just north of Sharm El Sheikh on a wide golden stretch of beach next to Nabq Marine Reserve. An interesting new location, lost in time and sentimentally restored to its colourful past, the Nubian architecture and landscape, a product of local administration holds much promise for those wishing to relax and watch their investment blossom. It will boast Sinai's second International Golf course, presently under construction. A mix of sporting pleasures for the enthusiast, with elements of relaxing luxury for the retired or less busy.

Players who have played any of the golf courses throughout Egypt will understand the challenge and charm of our 18-hole championship golf course. Designed by American architect Ronald Fream, its flowing style and natural beauty will be the envy of Africa.

Ras Mohammed

Declared in 1983 and subjected to a comprehensive development programme in 1989, the Ras Mohammed National Park has since become an essential feature to the economic development of South Sinai. The boundaries of the National park extend from the Haddon Lighthouse in the Gulf of Suez to the southern border of the Nabq Protectorate in the Gulf of Aqaba. This area includes the Island of Tiran and all shorelines fronting the Sharm el Sheikh tourism development area. Coral reef ecosystems found in the National Park are recognised internationally as among the world's best offering outstanding coral reef and nature viewing experiences to the visitor. These are common property resources of international importance and the heritage of future Egyptian generations. This will reassure property owners in Sinai that their investments are environmentally secure and nature, the very reason people visit, will not be lost to over development.
