Nabq Bay: This stunning new location is the newest major location for residential investment, situated in the most magnificent sweeping location between the Nabq Marine Park and Sharm Airport. Dahab: is the next location 100km northwards. More a town for the laid-back visitor with an array of small hotels, camp-sites and Lodges. Dahab is the ideal retreat for the casual holiday-maker but high on the diving calendar for exciting underwater experiences.

Ain-Soukhna Cairo's nearest beach is about 140 km away on the Red Sea Riviera. One and a half hours drive from the bustling capital, Ain Soukhna offers many special features.. Hurghada: Sahl Hasheesh Bay: Once a busy trading port, Hurghada City now represents the largest 'mainland' tourist resort, attracting hundreds of Premier Hotel companies. Many of the original diving locations now have holiday complexes and residential projects represent 20% of the land allocation. After the resorts are completed 80% of the remaining area is landscaped. These recreation areas will consist of themed leisure-parks and international golf courses. 90km of beach-fronted projects border the city, served from Hurghada International Airport.
Sahl Hasheesh Bay: Located on the Red Sea 10km south of Hurghada, Sahl Hasheesh Resorts are within easy access to all the town's major attractions and facilities.
